Thank you to new GSAs Randy A & Sarah V for coordinating this incredible opportunity for us!!

On Thursday, June 7th the Cog Railway has invited up to 65 GSA volunteers to experience the Cog RR to the summit of Mount Washington!

This trip is open to ALL active GSAs who have volunteered at least 3 shifts (9 hours)  in the last 6 months.

Plan to arrive by 10:30am to use the restrooms etc and we will be meeting our host shortly after in the museum for a tour before our trip. The Cog RR will be leaving the station at 11:30am for a 3 hour round-trip. We should be back at the base station at 2:30pm.

1 hour up, 1 hour on top, 1 hour back.

You can grab a snack before we go in the base station or buy lunch on top.

Plan to give a $5-10 gratuity to your brakeman / guide.

This trip is rain or shine - please make the commitment to participate regardless of the weather.

This is a GSA uniformed event - please wear your GSA shirt, khaki pants or shorts, name badge and appropriate footwear.  You may bring a small pack or small wallet style purse -- please no giant purses!! I've been a bit lax on enforcing  this rule as of late -- but need to tighten back up. Thanks for understanding.
